Father's Day

We had a really fun Father's Day. We celebrated mostly on Saturday and Aubrey first surprised Craig in bed that morning with his gifts. (By the way, I will be posting videos later of Aubrey walking; I keep getting the "error" message tonight).

We went to IHOP for breakfast and then went to a new "Spray Water Playground" that just opened up in Chattanooga. Aubrey had the BEST time! (We also went out for pizza later). Craig, I always knew you would be the greatest father and you truly are the best. I love you and Aubrey definitely has you wrapped around her little finger!

This cake is kind of a funny story. First, when I ordered it, I asked for the cake to be done in yellow (for GT) and although this picture makes the writing appear yellow, it was actually Tennessee orange. Secondly, I requested white cake inside, but it came chocolate. Oh well! It was still very good!

Aubrey's favorite part of the spraygrounds was this slide. No matter where we put her down, she would walk straight back to the slide.

Aubrey is walking soooo good now all by herself but she still likes to help push things; I think it's because she can walk faster.

She pushes anything she can get her hands on, including her high chair.

Memorial Day Weekend

We met my parents and went to the 1890's day festivities in downtown Ringgold. It was fun but really HOT!

Aquarium with Aunt Michelle and Cousin Grace

A few weeks ago Michelle and Grace were in town, so we met with them in Chattanooga and went to the aquarium. We had such a great time! Aubrey always loves playing with Grace.

Aubrey's One Year Pictures

Our friend Frances took these beautiful pictures of Aubrey and our family for her one year pictures. She did such an awesome job! We went to the Historic district of Chattanooga and there were so many neat areas to take pics. Thanks Frances! These are just a few of the hundreds she took.

While I was putting the clean dishes away, I turned around and this was how I found Aubrey. I almost fell on the floor laughing.

And it seemed to become her favorite place to sit.

Since the beginning of when Aubrey has been able to stand by herself she always claps for herself. It's so cute! I know it's because we always say, "Good job Aubrey; Yeah!"

I think I mentioned before that Aubrey loves playing with the toilet water. Well, she also loves unrolling the toilet roll and I just love it too! :) The empty roll also makes a great teether!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day was so great this year and we spent lots of time downtown Chattanooga as a family. On Sunday, we had lunch with my mom and dad.

She loves walking around if you help her (however, as of today, she has taken lots more steps all by herself-she walked three feet roughly several times this afternoon).
